About Nicole Mitchell
I am a wife, mother, teacher, farmer, avid gardener, personal trainer, seasoned cook, but most importantly a warrior for my family.
Our families are our legacies and I will always seek to nurture my family first. I have been a lifelong athlete, from swimming and track in my younger years, then entering into the realm of functional fitness, completing my CrossFit Level 1 certification in the past, prioritizing strength training, and enjoying yoga and pilates to add to the list. I currently hold certifications as a personal trainer and nutrition coach through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also a certified Primal Health Coach, through the Primal Health Coach Institute, as well as being CPR certified. I am currently working towards completing the NASM women and youth fitness specialization courses. With whatever free time I have I will be spending time with my husband and 3 athletic energetic children, gardening, farming, hiking and making my way to the beach, my happy place! I will always continue to seek further education in this fascinating and ever-evolving field.

My Mission
My Passion is women and the next generation of young women, our youth.
Mothers and female youth in today’s “do it all world” carry an immense burden to perform and sadly to feel like they need to measure up on too many levels. I’ve spent nearly 2 decades emersed in different communities and witnessing women of all ages slowly putting their health, fitness, and overall wellness on the back burner, myself included! Our female youth are also being thrown into a never-ending daily hustle from one activity to the next, with little time for truly nourishing food, minimal time connecting with nature around them, and way too much screen time. Our society has transformed into a nonstop hamster wheel, and I believe it is time to bring restoration and reconnect with how past generations lived and incorporate a more primally centered way of eating and living, moving away from the toxic Standard American Diet. This of course will look a bit different for each one of us.
We all have specific challenges and struggles in our family’s lives, whether it be your failed endeavors to keep your and your family’s nutrition in check, struggling to incorporate daily exercise, the yoyo battles with weight loss and weight maintenance, feelings of defeat or insecurity, continuous minor aches and injuries, specific fitness hurdles, or simply striving to cultivate a small corner of joy, mindfulness, and balance into your life, I can relate!
Given the opportunity, I would be honored to come alongside the women and female youth of today and guide them to feel empowered through education and partnership to achieve their specific optimal health goals with balance in their daily lives, recognizing accountability while thriving and enjoying the journey of living a more primally centered sustainable lifestyle.

My History
As a military spouse of 20 years enduring countless deployments I have learned much about juggling my precious time, wearing many hats, and adapting and overcoming, most of the time the hard way. I truly have a candid understanding of the difficulty of daily family life stressors and time management. I deeply believe in the priority of focusing on my own nutrition, health, fitness and wellness, not only for the things I need to do in a day as a working mom in a busy household but also focusing on the things I want to accomplish that will keep me grounded and centered, so that I can be the best version of myself for my family, which is not always an easy task.
Over the years as I have evolved from the blessing of being a stay-at-home mom/military wife, to teaching in the public education system, homeschooling, farming, and pursuing my passion for health and wellness, and growing opportunities to serve and help others. I have crafted an interpersonal relationship approach in order to create accountability and partnership with clients on their journey towards achieving their individual health goals. We all have unique challenges, stories, and circumstances surrounding our health and wellness, but I believe we all have the ability to restore and regain our health for good! I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and look forward to working with clients to formulate a personalized sustainable approach to achieving lifelong health and vitality.
Let’s get started.
